J & H Rentals, LLC has 68 indoor storage units varying in three different sizes. Our sizes are as follows 5x10 10x10 10x20, none of which are climate controlled. However the storage units are fully secured with 24-hour access and located at 1315 Lafayette Avenue, in Lebanon. All renters receive a four-digit code, which will allow them access to enter the fence and proceed to their unit at any given time.

We provide you with a lock and keys for your storage unit, however if you lose the lock or both keys renters will have to pay $14 to replace. The locks provided to renters are cylinder locks, which fit snug on the units.

Our contracts are on a month-to-month basis, so if you only need a unit for two months you are not stuck in a six-month lease. We do require a minimum stay of one month per unit rented. Each renter will have to provide a security deposit and the first months rent on the day of rental. The security deposit will be returned to the renter provided that the unit is left in the condition that the renter started out renting it in: not damaged, filled with any trash that the renter did not want, both keys, and lock turned in and the unit clean.
